Do I need to completely disassemble my slide? No, just remove your slide from the frame and drop the barrel and guide rod. We will take care of the remaining disassembly.
Will you install new sights/suppressor sights if I send them in with my slide? Yes, iron sight installation is included for all slides if needed.
Do I need a new striker channel liner? Yes, all slides being coated need a new striker channel liner. When the coating is cured the plastic channel liner will shrink, which can cause firearm malfunctions. Additionally the Channel Liner is a single use part that needs to be replaced once removed.
Will all my slide parts be coated as well? No, the service includes coating for the stripped slide only. It does include coating for any of the slide internal parts, back plate, or barrel. Cerakote will not hold up well on any of the internal parts or barrel so we recommend leaving them with the factory finish.
