    This was my first time getting a slide milled for an optic. I looked at quite a few companies, but Battlewerx was the only one that would cut the slide without sending an optic with it. I sent slide and it was delivered to Battlewerx on the Jan 8. I got my slide back on Jan 17. Great turn around time and my 508t fit like a glove. Will definitely be using them again if I get some other slides milled.

    I selected BattleWerx because of price and availability of custom options- but got so much more! During my order and machining period I spoke with Shawn and had email interaction Tom. Both were excellent communications. The operation felt like it was ran like a hometown business (which is a good thing). Turn around times were average for the industry at about a month, customer service was very good, and the finished product was excellent. I found that the quality of work verses the price was on par or better than other names in the industry. I got a Gen4 G19 slide cut for the HaloSun, moved iron sights in front of the optic, ordered a G10 cover plate, and got the burnt bronze ceracoat. Absolutely great work. I highly recommend.

    I opted for no refinishing which worked just fine, and the cut was perfect. Turnaround was also very quick.
