DIRECT MOUNT ORS OPTIC CUT UPGRADE MACHINING SERVICE FOR CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GEN 6 GLOCK SLIDES
Our direct mount ORS optic cut upgrade for Glock Gen 6 ORS slides allows for direct mounting RMR footprint optics with no adapter plate required. Our ORS upgrade system includes front recoil posts and captures the optic front/rear with the use of our I.F.S. (Integrated Forward Sight) which relocates the rear sight forward of the optic. For the Trijicon RMRhd/SRO that overhang the front of the optic cut a filler plate is offered to capture the optic with the option of adding a Parker Mountain Machine I.D.R.S. (Independent Drop-in Rear Sight) paired with corresponding height Ameriglo front sight for co-witnessing. Thanks to design changes in the Glock Gen 6 extractor we are able to achieve an industry leading optic cut depth of .190" while still achieving more mounting screw depth in the slide.
